Return Policy

Returns are cheerfully accepted within 7 business days of delivery.

All sale items are final sale.

Returns for a refund may be subject to restocking fees.

Merchandise may only be returned in original condition, unworn and unused with all tags attached and in its original box. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Bulo Shoes will only refund the purchase price of returned item(s) to the credit card used to make the original purchase. Bulo Shoes does not refund shipping costs.

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of our receiving the return. You will be notified by e-mail when the transaction has taken place. Any returns that fail to meet the above requirements will not be credited.

Return Procedure

Please email any return requests with purchase order number and specific details about returned items to Charly@BuloShoes.com, in order to receive a return authorization number (RA#) from Bulo Shoes; packages sent without an RA# will be refused. Please mark RA# on outside of box and send pre-paid and insured to:

Exchange

Exchanges may only be done for a different size of the same item, for returnable items only. Otherwise, you must return the ordered item and purchase the correct one in a separate transaction.

Items On Sale or Close-Out

All sale items are final sale and are not returnable.

Order Processing

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 1pm PST usually ship within 2-3 business days pending availability of product and credit verification. All orders placed after 1pm will begin processing on the next business day.

Business days are Mon-Fri excluding public holidays.

Please allow 3-7 business days shipping UPS west coast ground, and 7-9 business days shipping east coast ground.

SSL uses an encryption program to encrypt the information you provide, as it travels from your computer to our website's servers.
