Return Policy
Returns are cheerfully accepted within 7 business days of delivery.
Returns of Sale Items are for Store Credit Only. Items Marked Final Sale are Not Returnable. All Merchandise marked 50% off or more will be sold as a Final Sale.
Merchandise may only be returned in original condition, unworn and unused with all tags attached and in its original box. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
Bulo Shoes will only refund the purchase price of returned regularly priced item(s) to the credit card used to make the original purchase. If you did not pay a shipping fee for your merchandise, you will be credited less the cost to ship the goods to you.
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of our receiving the return. You will be notified by e-mail when the transaction has taken place. Any returns that fail to meet the above requirements will not be credited.
Return Procedure
Please email any return requests with purchase order number and specific details about returned items to Contact@BuloShoes.com, in order to receive a return authorization number (RA#) from Bulo Shoes; packages sent without an RA# will be refused. Please mark RA# on outside of box and send pre-paid and insured to:

Exchange
Exchanges may only be done for a different size of the same item, for returnable items only. Otherwise, you must return the ordered item and purchase the correct one in a separate transaction.
Items On Sale or Close-Out
Sale items are eligible for store credit only; no refunds. Items more than 50% off are final sale and are not returnable.
Order Processing
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 1pm PST usually ship within 2-3 business days pending availability of product and credit verification. All orders placed after 1pm will begin processing on the next business day.
Business days are Mon-Fri excluding public holidays.
Please allow 3-7 business days shipping UPS west coast ground, and 7-9 business days shipping east coast ground.

Bulo Shoes will not sell or share your information with any other entity.
Security Policy
Buloshoes.com uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect the security of your credit card information as it is transmitted to us. SSL uses an encryption program to encrypt the information you provide, as it travels from your computer to our website's servers. For your safety and security, Buloshoes does not save or store your credit card information once your order has been processed. You will need to reenter your billing information each time you make a purchase with us.
