Comfortable, wide-toe fit with snug heel where the soft leather, unusually but comfortably, angles in around the top of your heal.
The finish is mildly distressed for a casual look. The laces are unusual and eye-catching (you may have to double knot them, though).
The sole shape is refined, almost hourglass-like. The heel is very low, and the arch is unusually high, which is perfect for me.
The rubber appliqué soles are welcome on the otherwise traditional leather sole, for better wear and grip.
After wearing for a few times around town, the fit is better than when new, as the original sole shape conforms to my foot. Reportedly has a metal shaft in the sole for good support and sturdiness.
