Cute But Fragile

I purchased these really cute sandals for a trip to NYC, I wore them once and dragged the toe against the staircase ever so slightly and the leather came off - is it even leather. Anyway, cute shoe, comfortable, but super fragile. I’m glad I got them on sale, I was irritated, but not as bad as if I’d paid full price.
