Sales Associate Part-Time: Bulo Shoes

In this important role, you will be the first person to meet and make a connection with new customers entering our boutique. You’ll be dazzling customers with the features (Italian leather, quality construction, comfort) of all sorts of awesome shoes. It will be your job to answer their questions, make suggestions, and inspire them to make a purchase.

Your Daily Job Responsibilities:

• Assist customers as they browse, try on, and purchase shoes
• Learn about products and provide accurate information to shoppers
• Communicate with customers over the phone and via e-mail
• Keep the store and stockroom clean and organized

Bulo has found through experience that the best person for this job will have already worked face-to-face with customers, offering products for sale, using tablets and desktop computers to perform their daily tasks. If you have these experiences we are very interested in meeting you.

This job involves collaborating with other team members to ensure customers can always find what they need. In addition to hourly wages, our sales team earns commission. We offer a very generous employee discount and associates are rewarded with Bulo merchandise when monthly sales goals are reached.

All employees must have the ability to lift 20 pounds and use stairs and step ladders as essential functions of this job, as these are part of the daily duties to maintain the store's operations and in order to service customers.
