14 Days Return Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn and unused merchandise within 14 days of delivery. It must be returned in its original packaging, inside of an appropriate shipping container or box. Do not use the manufacturer’s original packaging as a shipping container. Return labels are only $15 and will be emailed to you upon approval.Â
Exchange Policy
If an item did not fit and you would like to exchange it for another size, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn and unused merchandise within 14 days of delivery. It must be returned in its original packaging, inside of an appropriate shipping container or box. Do not use the manufacturer’s original packaging as a shipping container. When your merchandise arrives at our store, we will ship the size you requested.Â
Final Sale Items

Refunds
Bulo Shoes will only refund the purchase price of the returned item(s) to the credit card used to make the original purchase. Shipping or delivery fees are not refundable. We ship all orders over $149 for free, and return shipping labels are always only $15 regardless of package size. After receiving your return, we will credit your account the same business day, however, this refund may take 1-5 business days to appear on your credit card statement, depending upon your bank.

Gift Cards cannot be returned and expire within 5 years from the issued date.

Simply bring the merchandise along with your receipt to our store, located at 418 Hayes Street in San Francisco, California. A Bulo team member will be happy to assist you, with a Refund, Exchange or Store Credit.Â
