Returns + Policies
- Merchandise must be returned or shipped within 14 days of delivery
- Merchandise must be returned inside its original package and in brand new condition
- Return shipping labels cost $12 (if you decide to use our label, this price will be deducted from your refund)
- Final Sale items may not be returned.
Returns postmarked more than 14 days after delivery will be refunded to a Bulo gift card. After 30 days, Bulo will only accept returns where a manufacturer's defect was found.
Orders placed for in-store pickup must be picked up within 14 days. After 14 days, your order will be canceled and payment refunded.
Returning in Store
Just bring your receipt or packing list along with your ID to our store, located at 418 Hayes Street in San Francisco, California. The first available Manager will be happy to assist you.

Bulo does not offer exchanges. The return of your initial purchase will be treated as a completely separate order from any new purchases that you make. For the best service and selection, please call (877) 746 3790 or e-mail email@example.com for assistance.
- We will initiate your refund on the same day that we receive your return, but the amount may take 1-5 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
- Shipping or delivery fees are not refundable, so most of our clients choose Free Shipping at checkout.
Gifts + Gift Cards
- When returning a gift that was purchased for them, customers will be refunded in the form of a gift card.
- Gift Cards can't be returned.
Sorry, we are unable to provide return shipping labels for international orders at this time. International customers are responsible for return shipping.
